We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to contribute to the strategy, discovery and delivery of operational workforce and resource management solutions for Construction & Engineering and adjacent industries.

Based in the United Kingdom, the role has a global remit across North America, Europe and APMJA. You will work closely with customers, partners and internal teams to identify opportunities, validate needs and deliver solutions that create measurable business value.

Essential Experience
Product management experience delivering SaaS, workforce management, resource management, field service or enterprise software solutions.
Experience contributing to product strategy, roadmaps, discovery, delivery and adoption.
Experience with workforce planning, scheduling, time and attendance, resource management, labour compliance, payroll integration or workforce analytics.
Understanding of operationally intensive industries such as Construction & Engineering, Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing, Telecommunications or Field Service.
Experience working with global customers
Strong communication, stakeholder management and customer engagement skills.
Experience working closely with engineering and design teams.
Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally.
