About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the next chapter of Workforce Management at Atlas. You’ll own the vision, strategy, and delivery for products and experiences that support Atlas’ global workforce platform.

This is a high-impact role. You’ll partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Compliance, and country experts to build products that scale across 160+ countries. You’ll shape how workers join, engage, record time, submit expenses, and eventually offboard, all through a unified Atlas experience.

What You’ll Own

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Build and maintain a multi-year roadmap for Workforce Management, aligned with Atlas’ global platform strategy.
  • Define clear problem statements, business outcomes, and customer journeys.
  • Apply strong prioritization frameworks to balance customer needs, compliance requirements, operational scale, and business impact.
  • Set high-quality and experience standards across complex workforce management workflows and product experiences.

Execution & Delivery

  • Translate complex workflows into simple, intuitive product experiences.
  • Use modern product and design tools like Figma to collaborate closely with Design and Engineering from discovery through delivery.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate discovery, requirements authoring, analysis, and delivery of workflows.
  • Work closely with Engineering and Design in a fast-moving, iterative delivery model.
  • Drive end-to-end product development: discovery, requirements, specs, acceptance criteria, release planning, enablement, and post-launch measurement.
  • Partner with Ops and Customer Success to ensure smooth adoption and scalable processes.
  • Build products from 0→1 and scale existing products from 1→N, ensuring they evolve to meet customer and business needs.

Data, Insights & Customer Empathy

  • Use qualitative research and quantitative data to validate problems and decisions.
  • Measure success through adoption, cycle time, data accuracy, user experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Represent the voice of the customer in every conversation.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with strong experience owning and delivering complex products and platforms.
  • You’ve owned a product from 0→1 and 1→N. You’ve defined vision, shipped fast, and scaled systems while navigating complex workflows and business requirements.
  • Great understanding and passion for AI, with a proven record of implementing it within your existing products/platforms.
  • Proven success driving complex, multi-stakeholder products in a global or compliance-heavy environment.
  • Demonstrated experience using prioritization frameworks to drive roadmap and delivery decisions.
  • Hands-on experience using modern product and design collaboration tools such as Figma, Linear, or similar platforms.
  • Practical experience using AI tools to improve speed, quality, and decision-making in the product development lifecycle.
  • Solid understanding of workflow automation, rules engines, integrations, and data models.
  • A track record of simplifying complex processes into clean product experiences.
  • Strong communicator who can zoom out for strategy and zoom in for detail.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across global time zones.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Workforce Management, HR technology, HRIS, HCM, payroll or adjacent workforce-related products.
  • Exposure to Agency of Record (AOR), Contractor of Record (COR), contractor management, or related workforce solutions.
  • Exposure to marketplace ecosystems, API-driven products, or workflow orchestration platforms.
  • Familiarity with design systems and AI-assisted product development at scale.
