As a Senior Product Manager for Smart Energy at Honeywell, you will lead the development and execution of networking products and strategies for electric and gas products in the Americas. You will drive innovation and partnerships to enhance solution capabilities and value in the AMI metering market.
You will report directly to our Director of Offering Management and will work from our Raleigh, NC location.
In this role, you will impact the strategic direction and growth of Honeywell's AMI electric and gas offerings by leveraging technologies to improve AMI meter network performance, connectivity partnerships, and design flexibility meeting a variety of customer requirements.
ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute integrated product strategies for Networking products, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support to drive product innovation and market adoption.
- Lead market research and customer discovery efforts to identify unmet needs and emerging trends
- Conduct VOC to identify customer value-added features and develop a solution that delivers on performance and ease of use.
- Define product requirements and roadmaps
- Manage product lifecycle from concept through launch and post-launch optimization, ensuring successful delivery and adoption.
- Develop a thorough go-to-market strategy based on customer segments.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 10 or more years in product management in communications networking field, including both cellular and mesh technologies
- Managed technology partnerships
- 2 or more years experience working with cellular carriers in North America
- Understanding of regulatory and industry standards for product adoption in US and Canada.

The annual base salary range for this position is $168,000-$211,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
