We’re looking for a hands-on builder and technical Product Manager to lead complex, core modules within our platform for the Life Sciences ecosystem.
In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of customer needs, business strategy, and technology. As part of our AI-forward product organization, you will leverage modern AI tools and vibe coding to accelerate early-stage prototyping and drive solutions through the full product lifecycle.
If you enjoy diving into complex backend architectures, validating ideas directly with enterprise clients, and using AI to turn concepts into practical prototypes - this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Drive End-to-End Product Initiatives: Take ownership of complex features and workflows from initial concept to launch and customer adoption.
- Rapid AI Prototyping (Vibe Coding): Utilize modern AI tools to rapidly create functional prototypes, test concepts, and clarify requirements before full development.
- Enterprise Customer Discovery: Work directly with stakeholders to uncover key operational challenges and validate proposed product solutions.
- Technical & Architectural Collaboration: Partner closely with System Architects and R&D to define backend structures, API integrations, data modeling, and analytics.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align product capabilities with market strategy and business goals.
- 5+ years of Product Management experience building and delivering complex, B2B software products.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools & Vibe Coding: Familiarity with modern AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude,GIT) to rapidly build and test functional prototypes.
- Strong Technical Foundation: Solid understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, integrations, and data analytics.
- Strong Execution & Leadership: Self-sufficient problem solver with strong analytical skills and the ability to lead initiatives across cross-functional teams.
- Fluent / Native-level English
Skills Required
- 5+ years of Product Management experience building and delivering complex B2B software products
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools, including tools such as Claude and Git, for rapid prototyping
- Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, integrations, and data analytics
- Strong execution, analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership skills
- Fluent or native-level English
