About the role:
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own product strategy and execution for a core area of our platform. This is an individual contributor role. You will own the problem definition, business case, and roadmap for your product area, while a dedicated Product Owner owns backlog refinement and sprint execution — freeing you to focus on strategy, discovery, and outcomes.
Responsibilities include:
- Own product strategy and roadmap for your product area, developed in close collaboration with Product Leadership and peer Product Managers
- Define the problems to solve, target users, key use cases, and intended business impact
- Establish feature briefs, success criteria, and outcome measures
- Build the client and business case behind prioritization recommendations; articulate tradeoffs and sequencing with supporting data
- Contribute to the broader product roadmap by bringing well-evidenced, clearly scoped opportunities forward for prioritization
- Partner closely with engineering and data science teams to define and deliver data and AI-driven capabilities
- Collaborate with Product Owner and engineering partners to refine requirements and support execution, ensuring delivery stays aligned to intended outcomes
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal teams and external stakeholders, including sales, account management, and clients
- Partner with Product Marketing to support go-to-market efforts, while incorporating customer feedback through direct engagement (e.g., betas, discovery, validation)
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, and product development workflows
- Monitor adoption, feedback, and performance to ensure solutions are delivering value
- Incorporate regulatory and compliance considerations into product decisions
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years in a Product Manager or similar role, with demonstrated experience shipping software products in collaboration with engineering teams
- Experience or domain knowledge in fintech, or in a highly regulated, compliance-driven, or otherwise risk-sensitive industry
- Experience owning product work end to end across strategy, prioritization, and delivery
- Experience with data-driven products and partnering closely with technical teams, including data science and engineering
- Strong analytical thinking and comfort using data to inform, defend, and revisit decisions
- Proven ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders and drive alignment through evidence and clear reasoning
- Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor content and style to different audiences, including senior leadership and clients
- Comfortable with autonomy and ambiguity; able to self-direct work and deliver results in a high-demand, fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge in the fraud and disputes space, including consumer financial products and chargeback/dispute resolution processes
- Experience in regulated or risk-sensitive domains
