Job Description

A Senior Product Managers leads high-impact product initiatives, overseeing the development and execution of product strategies. This role works closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive product growth and innovation. This position bridges Engineering and DAS, directly owning the roadmap and execution for client data onboarding and integration. Operating at the intersection of platform engineering and data governance, the position demands deep technical fluency—including API design (Swagger/Postman), SQL/NoSQL querying, and leveraging LLMs to optimize engineering workflows and technical specifications.

Responsibilities:

Own the product vision and roadmap for high-impact product lines.

Lead product development, working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams.

Make strategic decisions regarding product features and investments.

Analyze product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Provide mentoring and guidance to junior team members and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

  • 4 Year / Bachelors Degree (Minimum) In lieu of the above education requirements, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • 7 Years Product Management Experience.

Skills and Certifications:

  • Extensive experience defining product strategy and leading product development.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills, especially with junior team members.
  • Ability to manage complex product portfolios and prioritize initiatives effectively.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

Additional Information

RRD's current salary range for this role is $102,800 to $164,400/ year. The salary range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the future. At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. Depending on the role, in addition to base salary, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program. RRD’s benefit offerings include medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, life insurance and other voluntary supplemental insurance coverages, plus parental leave, adoption assistance, tuition assistance and employer/partner discounts.
