What’s the Opportunity

Daft.ie is Ireland’s largest property portal, with a mission to make buying and selling property simple for everyone across the country. With over 3 million users visiting our website and apps every month, we’re driven by the opportunity to enhance the home buying and selling experience.

We’re seeking a commercially-minded Senior Product Manager to help shape the next phase of Daft’s growth. This is a high impact role where business performance and user value go hand-in-hand. You’ll lead initiatives that improve the experience for property buyers, sellers and advertisers — driving measurable outcomes for both users and our business.

If you’re a product leader who loves turning strategy into action, excels at delivery and a drive to do impactful work that reaches hundreds of thousands of people daily and creates connections for life's most meaningful moments, this could be the perfect role for you.

How you’ll Play your Part

Make an Impact

  • Take ownership of a key product area and achieve results that directly impact Daft’s user experience and core commercial goals.

  • Translate company and commercial strategy into clear product roadmaps and executable plans.

  • Work closely with senior business leaders to ensure alignment between product execution and commercial objectives.

Deliver with Purpose

  • Balance strategic direction with a pragmatic, delivery focussed mindset.

  • Partner closely with Engineering and Design to define, build and launch features that provide measurable value.

  • Write clear, actionable requirements and manage projects to successful completion.

Make Data Your Compass

  • Leverage insights from data analytics (e.g. GA4, SQL, Tableau) and user feedback to inform decisions and improve performance.

  • Define and track success metrics that demonstrate impact on customer outcomes and business objectives.

Collaborate to Win

  • Work with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to support product adoption, launch readiness and measurable business returns.

  • Champion cross-functional collaboration and regularly  communicate progress, trade-offs and outcomes.

Be Commercially Creative

  • Provide clear direction, bringing creative solutions to commercial challenges while staying aligned to Daft’s overall strategy.

  • Identify new opportunities to enhance monetisation, marketplace efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Lead with Clarity and Empathy

  • Share your experience and support your teammates. Help foster a collaborative, inclusive culture focused on learning, continuous improvement and shared accountability.

What you’ll need to Thrive Here

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in digital marketplaces, classifieds or consumer platforms.

  • Proven success driving commercial and user outcomes, not just shipping features.

  • Strong commercial acumen, you understand how products generate revenue, influence conversion and create business leverage.

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver within strategic direction while balancing creativity with business priorities.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, able to build alignment and drive results across teams.

  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in tools like SQL, GA4, or Tableau.

  • Experience managing full product lifecycles from concept through to delivery with measurable business results.

  • Comfortable working closely with Engineering and Design, with enough technical fluency to make informed decisions.

  • Curious, motivated and focused on impact over ideology.
