As a Senior Product Manager, you will shape the future of our Cards Issuing products by defining the product vision, driving strategic initiatives, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and impactful solutions. You'll combine customer insights, market trends, and data-driven decision-making to create seamless card experiences and drive measurable business results.


How You Will Make an Impact:
  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and long-term development of Cards Issuing products, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.

  • Lead product discovery and prioritization, making data-driven decisions that maximize customer value and business impact.

  • Drive the end-to-end delivery of product initiatives, from concept through implementation and continuous optimization.

  • Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market developments to identify growth, innovation, and improvement opportunities.

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across Technology, Operations, Customer Service, AML, and other stakeholders to deliver strategic product outcomes.

  • Act as the key decision maker for product priorities, balancing customer experience, operational efficiency, regulatory requirements, and commercial objectives.

  • Oversee major product changes, system upgrades, and complex issue resolution, ensuring successful implementation and sustainable solutions.

  • Champion continuous improvement of products, processes, and customer journeys across the Cards ecosystem.

  • Ensure products comply with regulatory requirements, risk standards, and internal governance frameworks.

  • Serve as the Cards product subject matter expert, providing guidance, mentoring, and product leadership across the organization.

  • Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership or a similar role in banking, payments, or financial services.

  • Strong knowledge of Cards products and related business processes.

  • Experience defining, analyzing, and documenting business and product requirements.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to prioritize and drive product initiatives.

  • Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.

  • Excellent communication skills with both business and technical audiences.

  • Good understanding of IT systems and Agile delivery practices.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

  • Proactive, hands-on, and highly organized approach to work.

  • Ability to quickly learn new products, processes, and technologies.

  • Knowledge of the Baltic banking market is an advantage.

  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level
