This role is eligible for base salary + benefits + equity compensation. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including qualifications, skills, experience, and location.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- 7+ years of product management experience including senior, end-to-end ownership
- Demonstrated experience shipping complex technical products spanning hardware and/or software
- Strong technical fluency to partner credibly with engineering on complex systems
- Experience translating ambiguous, cross-functional needs into clear requirements and prioritized roadmaps
- Excellent communication skills and ability to drive alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with track record of defining and using metrics to drive product decisions
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
- Experience in autonomous vehicle, robotics, automotive, or EV/charging industry
- Experience managing products that span both hardware and software
- Familiarity with vehicle systems, sensors, or telemetry
- Experience with charging infrastructure, battery, or energy systems
- Experience with data collection, data pipelines, or ML data workflows
- Experience with data privacy and compliance in regulated or safety-critical contexts
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup or early-stage product development environment
