- Partner closely with Engineering teams to define requirements, prioritize work, and manage product backlogs
- Translate business objectives into user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery-ready requirements
- Drive prioritization decisions and trade-offs across competing stakeholder needs and technical constraints
- Support roadmap planning, release management, and dependency coordination across multiple workstreams
- Collaborate with Product Leadership, Architecture, Data, Clinical, and Operations teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and delivery execution
- Monitor feature adoption, platform performance, operational outcomes, and stakeholder feedback
- Communicate product progress, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to leadership and delivery teams
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automation, analytics, and user experience across URQP capabilities
You will be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role, as well as providing development for other roles you may be interested in.
What You'll Bring:
If you don't meet every single requirement, don't let that hold you back - we're just as excited about potential as we are about qualifications and experience, and you could be exactly who we're looking for.
