At Epignosis our mission is simple yet bold: To make learning technologies accessible to every business, regardless of geography, sector, or company size. And we’ve been doing just that for more than a decade, empowering millions of people to grow, learn, and thrive through technology that’s both powerful and affordable.

We're rapidly becoming one of Greece's largest SaaS companies, serving 12,000+ companies and 22+ million learners worldwide with solutions like TalentLMS (an award-winning cloud LMS built for simplicity), eFront (an enterprise LMS), TalentCards (a mobile app for deskless training), and TalentHR (a lightweight HRIS for people operations).

Our success is built on a team that believes that work should matter — not only to you, but to the world around you. We're looking for people who light up when solving hard problems, who care deeply about their craft, and who want to build something that genuinely helps people grow.

We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to drive product strategy, execution, and growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to build customer-centric solutions, define product direction, and deliver features that create measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Manager, you will:

  • Gain a deep understanding of our product, our customers and the market landscape, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that improve customer experience and drive growth.
  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Product design team on implementing where required User Experience Research initiatives and designing end user journeys/mockups.
  • Evaluate the most important Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and derive measures from the results for the future success of the product.
  • Scope and prioritize roadmap work and set delivery timelines.
  • partner with engineering on scoping and delivery trade-offs.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop product positioning, benefit and sales arguments for target segments, while also contributing to competitive analysis, market trends, and industry innovations to provide valuable insights for differentiation.
  • Collaborate on the creations of supporting and training documents for internal and external users.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor key product metrics, track user behavior, and gather insights to drive data-informed decision-making and continuous product improvement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role as a Senior Product Manager, you should have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 2 years owning a product area end-to-end.
  • Proven experience building and managing SaaS products, with a solid understanding of software development, web technologies, and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts, capabilities, limitations, and responsible AI practices, including privacy, security, bias, and explainability.
  • Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot) to improve product discovery, documentation, analysis, and the design of AI-enabled product solutions.

Nice to have:

  • Previous product management experience on Learning and Talent Management products
  • Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, or recommendation systems.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques and AI evaluation methodologies.
  • Basic understanding of AI/ML architectures, APIs, embeddings, vector databases, and model orchestration.
  • Knowledge of AI governance, ethical AI principles, privacy regulations, and responsible AI practices.

Benefits

We've built a workplace where people can do the best work of their careers. Here's how we support that:

  • Competitive salary and bonuses. Strong base pay plus performance rewards at personal, team, and company levels.
  • Stock options for everyone. Build software that empowers millions of learners worldwide, and own a piece of what you're creating. All team members can become shareholders, and these options have already changed lives.
  • Your health is covered in more ways than one. Private health coverage for every team member, access to a nutritionist, and our in-house blood bank — all part of our health and wellness support.
  • Comprehensive family support. We’re proud of our progressive family policy, one of the most generous in Greece.
  • Daily meals and food allowance. Breakfast and catered lunch at our offices, plus a monthly meal allowance you control.
  • Commute covered. OASA transport card or parking space near the office, whichever works for your commute.
  • Hybrid work. Work from home and from our modern office in the heart of Athens.
  • Employee Advisory Board. You have real input into company strategy through structured advisory sessions. Not common, but we think it should be.
  • Learning budget for your growth. Coaching sessions, conferences, university degrees, creative pursuits — we fund it. Continuous learning is our mission and that includes you.
  • Part of the Starttech Ventures ecosystem. Access to learning and collaboration across a portfolio of SaaS companies, with resources that support long-term growth.
