Role Overview - Senior Product Manager 

As Senior Product Manager for Sri Mandir Web, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for building a fast, engaging, and trustworthy website that serves millions of devotees worldwide. This is a first-principles, high-ownership role, you will be expected to question existing assumptions, reimagine devotee journeys for the web (a fundamentally different medium from app), and build measurable, compounding growth loops around acquisition, engagement, and monetisation.

You will be especially responsible for how devotees are acquired, including through SEO. Reimagine how devotees experience the site pre and post-transaction in their journeys and turn a one-time visitor into a returning, engaged devotee.

Key Responsibilities

Product Vision & Strategy

• Define and own the Sri Mandir Web Product roadmap, grounded in first-principles thinking that works for Web audience.

• Identify the highest-leverage problems in the devotee journey by breaking them down to root causes, not surface symptoms.

• Work with Website P&L lead, to own the complete business flywheel and deliver retention and revenue outcomes

Acquisition & Organic Growth

• Own complete acquisition funnels with a strong focus on organic and SEO-driven growth alongside paid and referral channels.

• Partner closely with Analytics, CRM, Content, Marketing, Design and Engineering teams to define the site architecture that drives speed and enable discoverability at scale.

Engagement & User-First Journeys

• Apply deep, empathetic, user-first thinking to design web journeys that feel intuitive, trustworthy, and delightful for devotees

• Design and continuously refine post-transaction user flows, cross-sell and re-engagement journeys, that build habitual, repeat engagement

Data-Driven Decision Making

• Leverage analytics, cohort analysis, user research, and market insights to identify problems, size opportunities, and prioritise the roadmap.

• Set up and track KPIs across the funnel, traffic, conversion, ARPU, retention, and repeat transactions

Ownership & Cross-Functional Leadership

• Lead the product lifecycle from concept and requirements to launch and post-launch optimisation.

• Stay ahead of web/SEO trends, competitor moves, and emerging technologies to keep Sri Mandir Web at the frontier of devotional tech.

What You Bring

• Bachelors or Masters degree from Tier 1 premier institute — IIT, BITS Pilani, IIM, ISB preferred.

• Experience: Minimum 4+ years of B2C product management and growth experience, with measurable impact on Revenue, CRO LTV and Retention

• First-principles thinker: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous, complex problems from the ground up rather than relying on existing playbooks.

• Web acquisition & SEO: Product knowledge of SEO and organic acquisition levers (technical SEO, content strategy, site performance)

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex, funnel-level datasets.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Bonus Points

• Past founding or entrepreneurial experience.

• Hands-on experience with SEO/organic growth as a primary growth lever in a previous role.

• Experience managing products across Web platforms.

• Past experience building and growing e-commerce products.
