Responsibilities
- Work directly with the company’s Head of Product, Ads B2C as part of a new and growing B2C product team.
- Obsess over user experience, user motivation and conversion optimization
- Keen understanding of how to deploy game mechanics to influence user behavior
- Help to launch and optimize the soon-to-be-released version of our consumer app

- Design and leverage analytics and A/B testing to monitor app performance, tune mechanics, optimize conversion and identify new features to impact KPIs
- Create and maintain product roadmaps, feature backlogs and product documentation such as product requirements documents, user stories, use cases, user flows, logic flows, and functional specificationsTranslate product strategy into detailed product requirements and user stories using tools like JIRA and Productboard
- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide support for escalation management, make tradeoffs, balance the business needs versus technical and resource constraints
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis of other sites, apps, and products to continually identify ways to improve our user experience
- Collaborate with executive leadership to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and differentiation in the ad tech space
- Identify user needs and opportunities through data analysis, surveys, interviews, and other quantitative and qualitative methods
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure high-quality execution and iteration
- Work with Operations team to productize back end tools for delivery, analytics, and insights
Qualifications & Skills - Required
- 5-8 years of product management experience dealing with Consumer Apps and Conversion Optimization, ideally with exposure to gaming, loyalty, rewarded advertising and/or commerce Proficiency with JIRA, Productboard, and other product lifecycle tools
- Strong experience with product analytics tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel.
- Proven track record deploying game mechanics to influence user behavior (direct experience with mobile free-to-play games a huge plus)
- Deep experience with A/B testing and related tools such as Statsig
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with data-driven decisionmaking and KPI ownership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present ideas clearly to both technical and business stakeholders
Qualifications & Skills - Nice to Have
- Experience building LiveOps-related features and notification strategies, including the use of related tools such as Braze or Iterable.
- Basic to advanced SQL knowledge — a strong plus.
- Experience building both frontend and backend product features.
- Design experience or familiarity with UX principles.
- Experience working with data teams to productize targeting and personalization techniques.
