About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to help scale and evolve a clinician-facing internal platform that directly supports the daily work of thousands of healthcare professionals. This platform is mission-critical to care delivery operations, powering scheduling workflows, clinician experience, operational processes, data insights, and adherence to quality standards.

In this role, you will operate at the intersection of product strategy and hands-on execution. You will own a defined product area, drive delivery against the roadmap, and lead discovery for initiatives that improve clinician workflows, care quality, and operational efficiency. While the platform is primarily used internally, its impact is highly visible and measurable, directly influencing patient outcomes, clinician satisfaction, and business performance.

You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and clinical stakeholders to translate real-world operational needs into scalable, reliable product solutions. This role is ideal for a Product Manager who thrives in workflow-heavy environments, enjoys tackling complex systems, and is motivated by building tools that make a meaningful difference in how care is delivered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver product initiatives that improve clinician workflows and care delivery performance.
  • Collaborate closely with clinical and operational stakeholders to ensure solutions fit real-world needs.
  • Lead discovery efforts: identify pain points, validate solutions, and define measurable success metrics.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to prioritize and execute against the product roadmap.
  • Support day-to-day execution with engineering teams (standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, QA, launch readiness).
  • Define success metrics and align teams on measurable outcomes for product initiatives.
  • Ensure high product quality through strong product hygiene (acceptance criteria, edge cases, release management, post-launch monitoring).
  • Use data to guide decisions, measure impact, and iterate after launch.
  • Help establish repeatable processes for balancing roadmap work with bug fixes and support requests.

Must Have:

  • 4+ years of experience in Product Management, owning product delivery and outcomes
  • Experience building workflow-heavy products (internal tools, platforms, enterprise or operational systems)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to align cross-functional teams
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and drive execution
  • Comfort using data to prioritize work, evaluate performance, and influence decisions
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and create clarity

Nice to have:

  • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, clinical operations, or regulated environments.
  • Experience building clinician-facing tools, EMR-related workflows, or operational platforms.
  • Experience building or scaling integrations with third-party systems (APIs, data pipelines, event-driven systems).
