Your tasks
- You develop solutions for a digital packaging management tool together with the product team.
- You translate regulatory requirements in the area of LCA and recyclability into comprehensible and automated product features.
- You conduct user interviews and workshops to analyze customer needs and legal requirements.
- You are responsible for maintaining and prioritizing epics, stories and requirements in an agile environment
- You accompany the technical implementation and are the contact person for the development team.
- You analyze usage data and KPIs for continuous product improvement
- You monitor legal developments in the area of packaging and prepare them for the team
- You support go-to-market activities and prepare internal materials for sales and support.
What you bring with you
- 2-4 years of professional experience in digital product management - ideally in regulated industries.
- Experience in working with tech teams, preferably in agile setups (Scrum, Kanban).
- Regulatory environment
- Proven experience in the development and launch of digital products.
- Strong interest and/or knowledge in EU regulations, e.g. PPWR, VerpackG, SUPD.
- Very good analytical and structured mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Bonus: Experience with AI tools (e.g. for data analysis, prototyping or documentation).
