The Technical Onboarding Manager leads customer onboarding for a SaaS platform, managing data integration, conducting workshops, and ensuring product adoption. They collaborate with Sales and Product while providing technical support during onboarding.

Design, build, and operate Packa's B2B SaaS platform: contribute to architecture and feature design, implement and deploy scalable APIs, ensure testing/CI/CD and production reliability, collaborate with Product/Design, and mentor other engineers.
