The Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the risk intelligence that drives our Travel Risk Management product. This solution helps organizations assess, monitor, and mitigate travel-related risks in real-time, ensuring the safety of their personnel and operations. You will collaborate across teams to drive innovation, deliver value to our customers, and maintain our position as a market leader in CEM.

What you'll do:

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Travel Risk Intelligence.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver high-quality features and enhancements.
  • Gather and prioritize customer feedback and market insights to inform product decisions.
  • Develop detailed requirements and user stories that translate customer needs into actionable development tasks.
  • Ensure seamless integration of APIs and data sources to enhance product capabilities.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to enable effective go-to-market strategies and customer adoption.
  • Continuously monitor product performance and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of APIs and their role in product development and integration.
  • Familiarity with Travel Risk Intelligence or Critical Event Management solutions is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in using product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Aha!).
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for technology and a keen interest in emerging trends in critical event management and business continuity.

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Everbridge ranges from $110,000 - $140,000 CAD and may also include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
