Overview
The Dispute team is looking for a Product Manager-Technical to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
Role
• Deliver analysis on technical solutions
• Supporting development teams to understand user journeys and translate to technical journeys and architectural diagrams.
• Work closely with technical leads for assigned projects to assist in design and implementation tasks
• Assist with production support issues by acting as a subject matter expert in resolving incidents and problem tickets.
All About You
Essential Knowledge/Experience
• Deep knowledge of software development lifecycle
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Understanding of RESTful API and Microservices architectures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Hunger for Systems and Technical knowledge – constantly analyzing and innovating new, better approaches to our systems
• High-energy, detail-oriented and proactive with the ability to function under pressure in a collaborative (Agile) environment
• High degree of initiative and self-motivation with a willingness and ability to learn and take on challenging opportunities
Desirable Knowledge/Experience
• Database experience including Oracle and advanced SQL scripting
• Experience integrating vendor and open source products into an overall system
• Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. O'Fallon, Missouri: $99,000 - $158,000 USD
