Role Summary

We are looking for a highly technical and execution-oriented talent to lead the global expansion of our Issuing Product. You will be the "glue" between our external partners (networks, banks, and vendors) and our internal Solution Engineering (SE) and Product teams. From setting up BIN rotations to launching digital wallets in new markets like Brazil and Japan, you will own the technical success of our regional growth and whitelabel platform deployments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Regional Expansion & Strategic Launches

  • End-to-End Technical Setup: Own the technical workstreams for launching the Issuing Product in new markets (MX, BR, LT, US/CA, UAE, JP).

  • Partner Orchestration: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for external partners including:

    • Card Networks: Visa/Mastercard (PIN Debit, 3DS setups, Variable IC).

    • Digital Giants: Apple Pay and Google Pay for wallet enablement.

    • Vendors: Idemia for physical card manufacturing and personalization.

    • Banking: Local bank partners and secondary BIN sponsors.

2. Whitelabel Platform Deployment

  • Customer Enablement: Partner with Solution Engineering (SE) to deploy whitelabel platform programs to market.

  • Program Management: Lead the technical journey for platform customers, from initial inquiry to market launch.

  • Digital & Physical Lifecycle: Coordinate with SE and vendors (Idemia/Apple/Google) to activate whitelabel designs and navigate complex approval processes.

3. Infrastructure & BIN Management

  • BIN Lifecycle: Lead BIN management initiatives including rotation setups, procurement, and onboarding of secondary BIN sponsors.

  • Technical POC: Act as the first-line technical responder for complex product inquiries and infrastructure implementation.

  • Currency & Billing: Manage new direct billing currency rollouts and auxiliary infrastructure expansions.

4. Compliance & Partner Reporting

  • Regulatory Reporting: Maintain responsibility for partner-specific reporting and compliance (e.g., Visa GOC, MC Quarterly, Apple, CFSB, PTC).

  • Reporting Innovation: Lead and support AI-driven reporting initiatives to automate and supplement manual vendor reporting.

Requirements & Skills
  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of the card issuing lifecycle (BINs, 3DS, IC setups, clearing/settlement).

  • Fintech Background: Previous experience working with card schemes (Visa/Mastercard) and digital wallet providers.

  • Project Leadership: Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder launches across different time zones and regulatory environments.

  • Operational Rigor: Strong handle on compliance reporting and the ability to interface with bank sponsors (CFSB, PTC, etc.).

  • Collaborative Mindset: Experience partnering with Solution Engineering and Sales teams to bridge the gap between "sold" and "live."

  • Compliance Accuracy: Zero-defect reporting for quarterly scheme and bank audits.

  • Partner Satisfaction: High marks from critical vendors and network partners on technical preparedness.
