- Develop and articulate the vision and strategy for statutory registry products, aligning with government priorities, legislative requirements, customer needs, and operational realities.
- Conduct market analysis and stakeholder research to inform product improvements and modernization priorities.
- Integrate operational needs, continuous improvement opportunities, and policy-driven enhancements into product planning.
- Employ SAFe, Agile, Design Thinking, and Lean practices where appropriate.
- Lead end-to-end product development from concept to launch.
- Define product requirements and collaborate with engineering and IT for solution design and delivery.
- Oversee execution across analysis, requirements, testing, training, and rollout readiness.
- Track milestones, risks, and dependencies; escalate when necessary.
- Design and execute change management plans for product updates, policy changes, and system enhancements.
- Partner with Communications, Training, Operations, and Statutory Services to ensure awareness, engagement, and adoption.
- Communicate clear rationale and impacts of changes to government, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure changes improve client experience, compliance, or operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, statutory clients, and internal teams.
- Act as primary point of contact for statutory product inquiries, updates, and compliance matters.
- Conduct consultations, gather client feedback, validate enhancements, and represent product updates.
- Partner with Communications, Statutory Services, Organizational Development, and Marketing for externally facing communication, training, and consultation.
- Manage product budgets, cost allocation, and profitability.
- Work with Finance to forecast costs, evaluate investment opportunities, and support business case development.
- Monitor and report financial performance and identify efficiency opportunities.
- Incorporate financial impacts from roadmap items, CI initiatives, and change programs.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management in government, statutory or complex enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and government operations
- Experience with statutory registry systems is considered an asset
- Experience in gathering requirements, solution design, and data-informed decision making
- Experience in financial management, cost allocation and business case development
- Product and Change Management Certification preferred
- Agile/Scrum Certification
- Experience in Project Delivery, Stakeholder Engagement and Leadership
