We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and scale Risk for Motive’s financial products, with a laser focus on reducing loss rates across our financial offerings. You'll shape high-leverage systems that detect, prevent, and respond to credit risk and fraud—fueling responsible growth at scale.
What You’ll Do- Own the Risk product roadmap across areas like credit decisioning, collections and fraud & disputes for our financial products
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, Risk Ops, and Finance to deliver high-impact features.
- Reduce loss rates while ensuring customer experience is top notch.
- Measure success rigorously through data and continuously iterate.
- 5+ years of strong product management experience (product company experience, entrepreneurial experience, fintech, payments product experience is a plus)
- Strong technical fluency and analytical thinking—you’re comfortable diving into data and building conviction from it
- A customer-first mindset with a bias for impact and iteration
- Proven ability to drive strategy and execution for complex, cross-functional products.
- Massive scale – Hundreds of Millions in carded spend, millions of vehicles, and a rich stream of telematics data.
- Big impact – Your work will directly reduce credit loss rates for our financial products and drive profitability.
- Ownership – You’ll lead from 0→1 and 1→n in a high-trust, high-autonomy environment.
