- Define and execute the Smart Campaigns product strategy and roadmap.
- Balance short-term commercial opportunities with long-term platform investments.
- Prioritize opportunities using customer insights, analytics, and business impact.
- Ensure every major launch has a clear GTM plan and measurable success metrics.
- Lead complex initiatives across Product, Engineering, Design, Commercial, Marketing, and Data.
- Build alignment, secure commitments, and proactively drive execution.
- Act as the primary product partner for campaign-related initiatives across the business.
- Own the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration.
- Translate complex problems into clear requirements that enable Design and Engineering to execute with minimal ambiguity.
- Partner with Engineering on technically complex systems and make informed trade-offs.
- Own both internal campaign tooling and customer-facing promotion experiences.
- Ensure new capabilities scale across the platform without introducing unnecessary complexity.
- Drive experimentation through A/B testing and data-driven decision making.
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, including consumer mobile products.
- Experience building growth products where success was measured by business outcomes, not feature delivery.
- Proven ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
- Experience working on technically complex products with backend-heavy systems.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across multiple functions.
- Excellent problem framing, prioritization, and communication.
- Highly autonomous with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Fast learner who adapts quickly to new domains and actively seeks feedback
