Job Description

What is it all about?

As a Senior Solutions Manager, you will be pivotal in bridging the gap between our clients and our Secure Remote Commerce (SRC) capabilities partnering across Sales, Product, Market Expansion teams and Client Services (CS) to deliver measurable outcomes. You will also serve as the SRC subject‑matter expert for internal stakeholders, enabling teams and championing client feedback throughout the product lifecycle.

What the role looks like:

  • Train CS and regional stakeholders on SRC positioning, solution strategy, and best practices.
  • Serve as the SRC SME — guiding internal teams on capabilities, integrations, and best practices.
  • Ensure SRC product is ready to support partners and clients by driving Product Operations for SRC.
  • Lead solution design for key global clients and act as the product representative in SRC conversations end to end.

What we expect of you, day by day:

Product Readiness & Training

  • Own readiness activities for new capabilities by working with technology teams to ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Plan and coordinate training curriculum for regional product teams and client services.
  • Collaborate with regional staff to plan product rollout activities and support regional client integrations.
  • Contribute to team organization by identifying and organizing training programs and supporting general team activities.

Release Notes & Product Updates

  • Serve as the SRC product lead for release note management by establishing processes with SRC product owners to maintain accurate updates.
  • Organize the product side of QEP to align releases with business goals.

Kanban & Defect Management

  • Act as product owner for Kanban boards, working closely with technology teams to prioritize defect fixes by aligning priorities with strategic initiatives and long-term product vision.

Client Engagement & Onboarding

  • Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations, demos, and solution narratives tailored to business and technical audiences.
  • Lead client onboarding processes, ensuring regional teams and sales are well-supported to close deals successfully.
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, go-to-market, client services, and regional teams to ensure feasibility and successful implementation of solutions.
  • Socialize new solutions adopted by key clients to internal stakeholders.

Documentation & Integration Support

  • Develop internal and external product documentation, including product and technical integration guides for partner integrations.
  • Work with regional and technical teams to support client integrations and ensure smooth adoption.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
