The Secure Cloud Access Product Manager (SCA PM) is responsible for defining and driving the strategy and roadmap for CyberArk’s Secure Cloud Access capabilities across AWS, Azure, and GCP. This role focuses on enabling secure zero-standing-privilege access to cloud consoles and cloud-native services, while aligning identity, access, and session controls across the CyberArk Identity Security Platform.
The SCA PM works at the intersection of cloud security, identity and access management (IAM), and modern cloud architecture, leading cross-product and cross-service initiatives that span cloud providers, and CyberArk portfolio integrations. The role requires strong technical depth in cloud IAM models and architectures, combined with high-level communication skills to align stakeholders across product, engineering, security, and go-to-market teams.
Key Responsibilities (Short)
Own aspects of the product vision and roadmap for Secure Cloud Access across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Define secure access patterns based on least privilege and zero standing privileges for cloud infrastructure and cloud-native workloads.
Act as a subject-matter expert on cloud IAM architectures, roles, policies, and organizational hierarchies across major cloud providers.
Lead cross-product and cross-service initiatives that align with broader CyberArk identity, PAM, and session capabilities.
Clearly communicate complex cloud security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the roadmap, focusing on discovery and secure, scalable access to cloud consoles, CLIs, APIs, and Kubernetes clusters across AWS, Azure, GCP.
Own requirements and design considerations related to discovery, including roles, policies, permissions boundaries, resource hierarchies, and identity federation models across CSPs.
Drive Kubernetes access strategy, including authentication, authorization (RBAC), cluster access patterns, and integration with cloud IAM and identity providers.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with product managers, engineering, security architects, UX, and platform teams to deliver cohesive, end-to-end cloud access experiences across CyberArk solutions.
Translate customer and field feedback into clear product requirements by engaging directly with cloud engineers, platform teams, DevOps, and security stakeholders.
Serve as a central point of alignment for cross-product and cross-service initiatives, ensuring consistent access models, terminology, and architectural principles across the portfolio.
Communicate product strategy, trade-offs, and architectural decisions clearly to executive stakeholders, R&D leadership, sales, and customer-facing teams.
Establish and track success metrics related to adoption, security posture improvement, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes for Secure Cloud Access and Cloud Discovery.
Stay current with cloud security trends, CSP roadmap changes, IAM innovations, and Kubernetes ecosystem developments to inform product strategy.

Proactive, highly motivated individual with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
5+ years of experience in product management or a closely related role, with demonstrated ownership of complex technical products.
Strong background in cloud security and identity, with knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP IAM models, roles, policies, and organizational hierarchies.
Experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments, including clusters, namespaces, RBAC, and access patterns.
Experience working with SaaS platforms and cloud-native architectures.
Proven ability to understand and reason about complex distributed systems and security architectures.
Experience leading initiatives that span multiple products, teams, or services across an organization.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to diverse audiences.
Experience working with large, global enterprise customers and understanding their security, compliance, and operational constraints.
Familiarity with information security, privileged access management, or zero trust principles – a strong advantage.
