About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to join one of Ruby Labs’ fastest-growing portfolio companies. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy, growth initiatives, and performance optimization for our subscription-based SaaS product in the utilities space.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the entire product lifecycle, from marketing and user acquisition to conversion optimization and feature development. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage the growth funnel, and continually improve subscription purchase metrics to ensure the company’s success. A strong sense of UI/UX and an understanding of how design and colors work will be crucial for maintaining top design quality while leveraging the existing design system of components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy & Development: Define and execute the product roadmap with a focus on driving higher revenue, profitability, and user experience.

  • Growth & Conversion Optimization: Develop and manage an experimentation roadmap to optimize conversion rates across all acquisition funnels and increase customer lifetime value (LTV).

  • Competitor Analysis & Opportunity Identification: Conduct regular competitor analysis to spot opportunities for growth, product experimentation, and differentiation.

  • A/B Testing & Performance Optimization: Lead A/B testing efforts to continuously improve product performance, conversion rates, and user experience.

  • User Acquisition & Performance Marketing: Optimize user acquisition strategies, including campaign performance, cost per acquisition (CPA), and conversion volume, to drive scalable growth.

  • Product Operations & Execution: Oversee day-to-day team planning, ensuring that execution aligns with business objectives and KPIs.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key business metrics, track product performance, and report actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders.

  • Strategic Growth Planning: Work closely with leadership to align product development with revenue growth, ensuring sustainable expansion and market competitiveness.

  • UI/UX Design Oversight: Ensure that product features and updates are aligned with high-quality design standards. Leverage the existing design system and collaborate closely with the design team to maintain visual and functional consistency.

  • Team Collaboration: Work with a cross-functional team that speaks primarily Russian or Ukrainian, fostering a collaborative environment.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, growth, and performance marketing, with a strong focus on B2C subscription-based SaaS businesses.

  • Deep understanding of the product development process, from planning to execution.

  • Expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Proven experience managing product lifecycles, user acquisition strategies, and business analytics.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive cross-functional teams and product execution.

  • Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, with experience in utilizing design systems and ensuring high-quality design execution.

  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with experience in executive reporting.

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in Russian or Ukrainian is a plus.

Location

Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
