We’re building state-of-the-art data management, orchestration, and segmentation capabilities that shape how brands connect with their customers. As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll lead mission-critical initiatives that directly influence Adobe’s strategy in this space. This is a highly cross-functional role with endless opportunities to make a meaningful impact at scale.
Own and drive product vision: Define and lead critical product areas that shape the future of audience management within Adobe’s CDP.
Innovate and prototype: Explore new features and workflows, from early ideation to testing, that unlock new possibilities for our customers.
Build alignment across teams: Partner with engineering, design, and field teams to deliver seamless and delightful user experiences.
Champion the customer: Bring deep customer empathy to inform product decisions that optimize marketing strategies through smarter audience discovery.
Enable go-to-market success: Collaborate with product marketing and sales teams to ensure adoption and market impact.
Scale for the future: Help our platform grow to serve thousands of enterprise customers with speed, reliability, and sophistication.
Proven product management experience: 5+ years leading enterprise products in high-growth environments, ideally in customer data platforms or adjacent technologies.
Analytical excellence: Ability to synthesize complex inputs and make thoughtful, real-time decisions.
Roadmap leadership: Experience defining and delivering ambitious product roadmaps that balance long-term vision with immediate priorities.
Exceptional communication: Skilled at translating technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders.
Team-first approach: Collaborative, curious, and driven to encourage alignment across functions.
Location: This position is based in San Jose, CA and is not approved for fully remote work.

Real-time Customer Data Platform Overview
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
