Summary Generated by Built In

Senior Product Managers at Regology own a customer outcome end to end and lead the cross-functional work to deliver it. In this role you will own the strategy, roadmap, and results for our regulatory change and compliance product: helping regulated customers stay continuously compliant as the rules change, with far less manual effort and an evidence trail they can trust. Working in the Product Operating Model, you measure success by customer and business outcomes, not a feature list. You partner closely with designers, engineers, and legal subject-matter experts to discover and deliver AI-powered workflows customers trust, and you influence teams and product owners through clear thinking, data, and evidence rather than formal authority. You bring sound product judgment for AI and human-in-the-loop systems, ramp quickly in unfamiliar domains, and do your best work navigating ambiguity and building advantage that is hard to copy.

What you will do

  • Owns the strategy, roadmap, and results for a complex, high-impact product area spanning regulatory change and compliance. Sets direction from customer and business outcomes, and sequences delivery across the regulatory change and compliance teams so the pieces come together as one experience for the customer.
  • Mentors product managers and contributes to team development, coaching on best practices, stakeholder management, and product thinking to elevate team performance. As one of Regology's senior product managers helping establish the Product Operating Model, models strong product thinking and shares practices that lift the wider team.
  • Owns the end-to-end product lifecycle, from validating the customer problem through launch and iteration. Builds feedback loops with customers and legal SMEs to refine the product and steadily earn the trust that lets more of the workflow run automatically.
  • Partners with Regology leadership to align product goals with company strategy, and secures the cross-functional commitment, including engineering capacity, to deliver them. Translates strategy into clear plans and measurable customer and business outcomes.
  • Uses product performance data and customer insight to drive decisions. Validates hypotheses with evidence and defines the metrics, such as reduced manual effort and adoption of automated steps, that show the product is working.
  • Drives cross-functional initiatives and resolves complex trade-offs. Protects the roadmap against competing pulls with a clear framework for what to prioritize and why, building agreement that holds without escalation.
  • Champions the voice of the regulated customer, including the compliance and legal teams who use the product. Turns subject-matter expertise and customer feedback into product decisions, and designs for trust: transparency, evidence, and knowing when a human must stay in the loop.
  • Develops business cases for new investment in the product. Quantifies customer value, market impact, and the resources needed, and frames the durable, hard-to-copy advantage the investment builds.

You need to have:

  • 7–10 years building and shipping successful technology-powered products as either a product manager, product designer, product delivery manager, engineer, data analyst, data scientist, or user researcher OR as a subject matter expert with product or technical proficiency.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery.
  • Experience driving product vision, building product roadmaps aligned with business goals, and defining and owning KPIs.
  • Experience with testing, product metrics, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience designing and delivering impactful demos/prototypes to showcase vision to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative.
  • Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, stakeholders, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.

Compensation Range:

$150,000.00-$180,000.00

Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process. Salary determination will be determined based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, demonstrated skills related to the requirements of the role, education, certifications, and geographic location.
