We are looking for a highly engaged and motivated Senior Product Manager who will join our apparel & accessories Product Management team working on projects such as Red Bull Racing, Red Bull Ring, Flying Bulls and many more.
In this exciting role, you'll lead product development for key strategic projects, collaborating with your team to align merchandise with business goals. You'll also build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders for effective negotiations and a seamless supply chain, ensuring optimal product quality and timely delivery. Focus on brand-extension products that meet market demands and enhance brand awareness will also be part of this exciting role.
Job DescriptionProduct Lifecycle Management
In this position, you'll be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle of several critical Red Bull initiatives, guiding projects from initial concept development to successful market launch.
Price Negotiation
You'll also take the lead in strategic price negotiations, focusing on achieving cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality. Establishing comprehensive pricing structures that optimize profitability while ensuring a competitive edge in the market will be an essential aspect of your responsibilities.
Go to market strategy
Your role will encompass not only the successful market implementation of products but also the assurance that they meet launch deadlines and performance targets, driving overall business success.
Stakeholder Management
In addition, you will serve as a liaison between internal teams and external senior stakeholders, effectively managing expectations and ensuring alignment across all parties involved.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management/Development or similar field
- Senior appearance towards internal and external stakeholders and ability to defend and push for own interests and goals
- Ability to successfully negotiate and resolve conflicts with providing strategic solutions
- Demonstrable track record in building successful relationships with suppliers and external stakeholders
- Proof of driving profitability and range efficiency for Projects
- Excellent communication skills and cooperative thinking
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.446,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
