About the role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (Individual Contributor) to lead research, discovery, and AI‑driven innovation across our product portfolio as part of our R&D team. This role operates with senior‑level scope and influence while remaining a hands‑on IC, reporting into senior product leadership.
You will be responsible for shaping how new ideas are discovered, validated, and transformed into scalable product capabilities, with a strong emphasis on AI‑assisted product development, intelligent automation, and long‑term platform differentiation.
What you'll do
Product Strategy, Research & Innovation
- Lead research‑driven discovery and innovation across core product areas.
- Identify, incubate, and validate new product concepts, emerging capabilities, and intelligent automation opportunities.
- Balance near‑term delivery with a long‑term product and technology vision, ensuring defensibility and scalability.
- Frame ambiguous problem spaces into clear product bets, hypotheses, and validation plans.
- Drive experimentation through prototypes, pilots, and iterative learning loops.
- Champion AI assisted product development agents across discovery, design, and delivery.
- Partner closely with engineering and architecture teams to define and deliver AI powered capabilities, including:
- Recommendations and insights
- Workflow automation
- Copilots and guided user experiences.
- Evaluate where AI delivers meaningful customer value versus novelty and ensure adoption through thoughtful integration into workflows.
- Ensure responsible AI practices, including security, privacy, compliance, transparency, and enterprise trust.
- Act as a senior product manager, you are expected to be influencing Engineering, Design, Architecture, GTM, and Support through clarity of vision and excellence.
- Collaborate with internal R&D teams and external technology partners on joint innovation initiatives.
- Influence portfolio‑level prioritization and investment decisions, providing product and customer insight to senior leadership.
- Represent product strategy and discovery outcomes in executive‑level discussions.
- Own initiatives end‑to‑end: problem framing → discovery → delivery → iteration.
- Author high‑quality PRDs, problem statements, success metrics, and delivery plans.
- Define success using outcome‑based metrics, including OKRs, adoption signals, customer impact, and learning velocity.
- Ensure alignment on vision, priorities, and expectations across all contributing teams.
- Continuously refine the backlog based on customer feedback, data insights, and research findings.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of product management experience in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software.
- Experience with EUC, DaaS or VDI technologies
- Proven success leading product discovery, R&D efforts, and innovation initiatives as an individual contributor.
- Strong technical fluency with the ability to:
- Collaborate deeply with engineering and architecture teams
- Influence senior stakeholders without formal authority
- Exceptional problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Comfort operating in high‑ambiguity, high‑impact environments'.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience applying AI/ML or AI‑assisted tooling in product development.
- Familiarity with modern AI patterns such as copilots, automation, recommendations, or agent‑based workflows.
- Background working on platform products, developer‑adjacent tools, or complex systems.
- Experience contributing to long‑term product vision and innovation strategy.
