We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead our Chemical Pulping (PEC) product portfolio in China. In this strategic role, you will bridge technical expertise, customer needs, and global innovation to drive competitiveness and business growth in the pulp industry.

You will be responsible for developing rebuild/upgrade solutions, managing CAP-PDU business, and collaborating with global technology teams to enhance product performance and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead quotation and technical proposal operations (Compass, LN) and contract development with legal and MSM teams.

  • Proactively engage with customers to understand needs, bottlenecks, and deliver value-driven solutions.

  • Drive cross-BU and BA coordination to improve lead times and reduce costs.

  • Collaborate with global counterparts to study and implement solutions that improve competitiveness.

  • Manage and update IPP stored parts in coordination with logistics colleagues.

  • Maintain close contact with global technology teams for technical support.

  • Develop chemical pulp rebuild and upgrade opportunities.

  • Oversee CAP-PDU business and work with global supply teams on cost reduction initiatives.

  • Strictly follow company rules, policies, and quality systems (e.g., ISO14001, OHSAS18001).

  • Complete other tasks assigned by line manager or company.

Expectations for you:

  • Education: B.Sc. in Pulp and Paper Engineering or related field.

  • Experience: 5+ years in chemical pulping, with strong technical independence.

  • Languages: Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).

  • Core Skills:

    • Strong coordination and task management within a matrix organization.

    • Ability to coach junior employees.

    • Effective internal resource networking.

    • Customer value orientation and strong commitment.

    • Self-starter, adaptable, and flexible in a developing organization.

  • Knowledge (Preferred): Leading chemical pulping technologies.

  • Travel: Willingness to travel frequently.

Skills Required

  • B.Sc. in Pulp and Paper Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years' experience in chemical pulping with strong technical independence
