Senior Product Manager - ProfileOne

Job Summary:

The Senior Product Manager, based in Athens, Greece, will own the ProfileOne product surface end-to-end: the unified user experience, customer 360, integration of CRM and core product data, mobile, security, and the productisation of demonstrable use cases for our existing client base and new commercial pipeline. Profile Software Group is building ProfileOne — a unifying, AI-first product layer that brings together the firm's banking, investment and wealth platforms into a single client and operations experience. ProfileOne sits alongside our Agentic Platform, which delivers process-automation digital employees on top of the Group's systems of record (Cairo, Axia).

What You Will Do:   

·    Product strategy and roadmap

•      Own the Profile One product roadmap, balancing client demand, commercial pipeline (Wealth managment and Banking client base, Group cross-sell) and platform investment.

•      Translate Group strategy into a prioritised, deliverable product backlog with clear release milestones.

•      Drive the productisation of agreed use cases (Banking and Investment scenarios, Customer 360, unified workspace, drill-down, advisory prep).

•      Lead a cross-functional delivery team; manage dependencies with the Agentic Platform team

•      Own the ProfileOne demo asset — the single product surface used in client engagements and Group-level demonstrations.

•      Define and track product KPIs (adoption, time-to-value, integration completeness, demo conversion

•      Engage with Compliance, Security and IT on enterprise readiness (authentication, regulatory frameworks, audit).

•      Report progress into the ProfileOne SteerCo and Group leadership.

•      Partner with Sales, Account Management and the commercial leads of the Group's business lines (Banking, Investment, Wealth) to shape proposals and client pilots.

•      Represent Profile One in client conversations, RFPs and partner discussions; bring client insight back into the roadmap.

•      Extensive experience with Artificial Intelligence technologies, including AI-driven product strategy, Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, automation workflows, and enterprise AI adoption. Ability to translate AI capabilities into commercially viable financial services solutions.

•      4+ years in product management of B2B SaaS, financial services platforms or enterprise software, with at least one role at senior PM level.

•      Demonstrated track record of shipping complex platform products end-to-end (discovery, delivery, GTM).

•      Experience leading cross-functional teams (engineering, design, business analysis).

•      Strong financial services domain knowledge — banking, investment management, wealth, or capital markets — with sufficient depth to converse credibly with clients and internal SMEs.

•      Strong commercial and client focused acumen- comfortable shaping pricing, packaging and client proposals together with Sales.

•      Excellent written and verbal English; ability to work effectively across European time zones.

What You Will Bring:

•      4+ years in product management of B2B SaaS, financial services platforms or enterprise software, with at least one role at senior PM level.

•      Demonstrated track record of shipping complex platform products end-to-end (discovery, delivery, GTM).

•      Strong financial services domain knowledge — banking, investment management, wealth, or capital markets — with sufficient depth to converse credibly with clients and internal SMEs.

•      Experience leading cross-functional, multi-location delivery teams (engineering, design, business analysis).

•      Strong commercial acumen — comfortable shaping pricing, packaging and client proposals together with Sales.

•      Excellent written and verbal English; ability to work effectively across European time zones.

•      Experience with AI-enabled product features (chat experiences, copilots, embedded AI workflows) and a working understanding of how AI features differ from deterministic SaaS features in scoping, evaluation and rollout.

•      Experience integrating CRM, core banking or investment management systems, or building customer 360 / unified workspace products.

•      Familiarity with regulated environments (DORA, MiFID II, GDPR, ISAE 3402).

•      Greek and/or a Nordic language a plus.
