About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on, execution-focused Senior Product Manager to join our Predictions team. In this role, you will be the dedicated PM for the CDNA exchange technology that powers our flagship "OG" product and various global brands. This is a critical role sitting at the heart of our B2C and B2B Predictions business.

You will report directly to the VP of Product and will be responsible for bridging the gap between high-level strategy and technical execution. We need a "do-er" who is comfortable owning the entire product lifecycle and thrives in a fast-paced, engineering-heavy environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary Product Manager for the Predictions Exchange, ensuring the technology platform meets the needs of our global B2B and B2C markets.

  • Take full end-to-end ownership of product delivery, moving projects from conceptualization and requirement gathering to shipping and post-launch optimization.

  • Work closely with a large team of engineers to prioritize the backlog and ensure technical requirements align with business goals.

  • Collaborate with leadership to streamline the product development process.

  • Ensure the Predictions Exchange continues to scale as the backbone of our operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven Execution: You are a strong Individual Contributor with a track record of "getting things done" independently.

  • Domain Interest: A solid understanding of, or strong interest in, the sports industry is essential.

  • Product Lifecycle Mastery: Experience managing the full product lifecycle from concept to shipping.

  • Technical Familiarity: Ability to work effectively with large engineering teams and understand complex exchange/transactional technologies.

  • Communication: Strong ability to coordinate across different timezones (specifically Europe and US).

  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a high-growth environment where changes happen quickly.
