About the Role
Ontra is seeking a Senior Product Manager reporting to our Director, Product on our Platform team.
For this job, we are currently only hiring candidates based in the United States.
We’re looking for someone excited to drive innovation by contributing to platform development, enhance our Document Repository with engaging features, scale global AI search functionality, and collaborate across teams to ensure seamless product integration.

What You’ll Do
- Platform Development: Contribute to building the Ontra Platform's foundation to unify products, drive R&D efficiencies, and accelerate time to market for new launches.
- Feature Enhancement: Enhance the Document Repository to support all Ontra products, introduce new features, and scale AI Chat into a global AI search functionality.
- Team Leadership: Lead the product development team in executing the product roadmap through regular standups, planning, grooming, retrospectives, and demos.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to break down problems and define viable solutions for product challenges.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Socialize strategies with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Customer Insights & Trends: Gather customer insights and stay informed on industry trends to integrate relevant learnings into product strategy.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: 5+ years of full stack product management experience, covering both backend and frontend responsibilities.
- API Knowledge: Demonstrated ability to work with APIs in previous roles.
- Data Expertise: Comfort with data architecture and designing data models
- Technical Acumen: Aptitude for understanding and communicating technical concepts, and experience leading teams developing technical products
- Integration Experience: Experience designing and building technical integrations between products and systems.
- Adaptability: A systems thinker with a growth mindset, excited to navigate a dynamic set of technical challenges.
