We are looking for a skilled Senior Product Manager to shape our platform strategy. In this role, you will define and execute the product vision and roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams – including engineering, design, marketing, and sales – to deliver foundational solutions that support scalable features across the ZoomInfo ecosystem.
What You’ll Do:
Product Vision and Strategy
- Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with ZoomInfo’s business objectives.
- Define and prioritize a roadmap that balances immediate needs with long-term goals.
Product Development and Management
- Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.
- Drive the implementation of Agile principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the team.
Customer and Market Insights
- Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather feedback and validate product concepts and features.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify differentiation opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Performance and Metrics
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success and impact of your products.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and market trends to drive continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience: Proven experience (5+ years) in product management, successfully managing complex products or features.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Methodologies: Strong understanding of product development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to collaborate with technical teams to bring innovative, high-performance solutions to life.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to leverage data for decision-making and prioritize initiatives.
- Problem-Solving: Skilled in structuring problems, developing clear hypotheses, and prioritizing impactful initiatives.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for influencing and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Experience working with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements.
