As a Senior Product Manager within Live Mini Games Performance, you will own the performance and continuous optimization of some of MONOPOLY GO!’s most important live experiences. You’ll combine deep analytics, experimentation, player insights, and strong product judgment to identify opportunities and turn them into measurable improvements in engagement and business performance.
What You’ll Do
Drive Performance, Experimentation & Insights
  • Own performance for key Live Mini Games, developing a deep understanding of player behavior, engagement, and business outcomes
  • Identify opportunities through quantitative and qualitative analysis and translate insights into clear product actions
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of A/B tests and live optimizations, defining hypotheses, KPIs, and success criteria
  • Lead performance readouts and turn learnings into broader strategies and best practices across the Mini Games portfolio
  • Continuously optimize gameplay, balancing, rewards, pacing, and other live levers to improve player experience and performance
Own Execution & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Independently prioritize opportunities and drive initiatives from hypothesis through execution, measurement, and iteration
  • Partner closely with Analytics, Data Science, Economy, Game Design, Production, Engineering, and Live Operations
  • Act as a go-to product expert for your areas of ownership and proactively communicate performance, insights, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Help raise the performance, experimentation, and analytical rigor of the wider team
Embrace AI as a Product & Productivity Tool
  • Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, ideation, research, documentation, and everyday product workflows
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI to improve how we understand players, optimize Live Mini Games, and operate the portfolio
  • Experiment with emerging AI capabilities and help establish effective AI-enabled ways of working across the team

What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management or related product disciplines, including 3+ years of Product Management experience
  • Strong track record of using data, experimentation, and product judgment to improve measurable product outcomes
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to independently turn complex data into actionable insights
  • Experience defining hypotheses, KPIs, A/B tests, and performance readouts
  • Strong understanding of F2P game systems, LiveOps, player behavior, and game economies
  • High degree of ownership and comfort independently prioritizing and solving complex problems
  • AI-savvy mindset with hands-on experience using AI tools to improve the quality and speed of your work
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Nice to Have
  • Experience working on successful live-service mobile games
  • Experience with casual or social games
  • Experience with game economy, balancing, segmentation, or LiveOps optimization
  • Advanced SQL, Excel, or other analytical tooling experience
