At Daxko, we’re transforming the way fitness and health clubs handle payments, and we need a visionary Senior Product Manager to lead the charge. In this role, you’ll drive the growth and success of our Payments Platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our customers while maintaining security, compliance, and innovation. What You’ll Do:
- Own the Payments Platform Roadmap: Define and execute the strategic vision for Daxko’s Payments Platform, balancing market opportunities, customer needs, and business objectives.
- Drive Platform Growth & Adoption: Partner with the Payments Services team to ensure our platform capabilities align with customer and business needs.
- Collaborate with Engineering: Work closely with developers to optimize payments processing, security, and infrastructure for scalability and reliability.
- Ensure Compliance & Security: Stay ahead of evolving fraud prevention, security standards (PCI DSS), and regulatory requirements.
- Be a Payments Innovator: Research and implement emerging payment technologies, ensuring we stay ahead in the industry.
- Champion Customer-Centric Solutions: Use market analysis, customer feedback, and payment processing insights to deliver a best-in-class experience.
- Lead Cross-Functional Execution: Work across Sales, Marketing, Development, Customer Success, and Support to drive seamless product launches and adoption.
- Monitor & Scale the Platform: Implement performance monitoring, resiliency strategies, and quality-focused enhancements to support platform growth.
- Be the Internal & External Payments Platform Evangelist: Represent Daxko Payments in industry discussions and share your expertise across teams.
What We’re Looking For:
- A platform product leader with experience in shared service capabilities.
- A payments expert who understands merchant processing, ACH, EMV, and recurring payments.
- A strategic thinker who can balance long-term vision with hands-on execution.
- A cross-functional collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or in a related field
- 6+ years of experience in B2B software product management, engineering, or related fields (platform focus preferred).
- 3+ years in payments (merchant services, payment gateways, processors, etc.).
- Strong understanding of card-present (CP) and card-not-present (CNP) transactions, ACH, and subscription-based payments.
- Product management certification preferred.
- Proven ability to drive platform scalability, security, and adoption.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Payments industry certification (e.g., Accredited Payments Risk Professional, Certified Payments Professional).
- Experience with high-volume transaction systems and payment security best practices.
The salary range for this role is $103,000 - $187,000 per year. This role is also eligible for a performance-based annual bonus. Final compensation will be based on factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, performance-based incentives, and opportunities for growth.
