RevolutionParts is not just a pioneering force in the automotive eCommerce realm; we're actively seeking passionate and talented individuals to join our squad of Revolutionaries (yes, that's what we call ourselves!). As leaders in providing streamlined, user-friendly solutions, we empower automotive brands to maximize online sales. Our commitment to technology, top-notch customer service, and a profound understanding of the automotive market sets us apart. If you're ready to revolutionize the eCommerce space for automotive parts and accessories, consider joining our dynamic team of Revolutionaries.

The Role:

As a Product Manager, you will take ownership of developing and evolving key capabilities of the RevolutionParts ecommerce platform; ensuring we build the right solutions for our customers that continue to delight and create value. You'll be joining a team of problem-solving achievers where everyone - including you - is striving to constantly build innovative and intuitive products that solve real market needs.

We are an incredibly supportive team - we all work, win, and learn together. If you want a clear-cut role with the same tasks for years, this is not for you. If you like to think big, can keep focused on priorities, and work on a variety of projects, we need you!

Responsibilities:

  • You will lead the strategic development and execution of our Seller Experience e-commerce product roadmap, focusing on optimizing the seller journey and payment transaction processes.
  • You are working with the customer, business, engineers, and peers to understand the customer's needs, come up with solutions, build, and iterate.
  • You are providing very clear requirements and acceptance criteria to your development teams on the work that needs to get done.
  • You will drive A/B testing and experimentation to identify improvements to payment processing and billing/invoicing to RP customers.
  • You will help us build tools that connect parts sellers to other suppliers that can drop ship and fulfill orders on the seller's behalf.
  • You are running down clarifications with anyone that may own the answers (or researching and providing yourself).
  • You will monitor and analyze key metrics related to funnel performance, user behavior, and sales data to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • You are building strong relationships with your dev leaders. You will collaborate with those stakeholders to define and implement merchandising strategies, including product assortment, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience specifically as a Product Manager for a customer facing ecommerce site (B2C).
  • Strong understanding of online payment processing, user experience, and seller behavior.
  • Extensive background in e-commerce technologies, tools, and platforms.
  • Previous experience working at a startup company.
  • Experience working directly in product management and engineering in an Agile environment with some user experience and design knowledge.
  • Solid knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and experience conducting experiments to drive optimization.
  • Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and SlackNo previous automotive experience is necessary, but a desire to get a greater understanding over time is important. Most of the people at the company came from other industries.

Are you not sure you meet 100% of the qualifications? You should still give it a shot! Research shows that men will apply to a job when only meeting 60% of the requirements, whereas women and members of other underrepresented groups typically only apply when they meet every single requirement. At Revolution Parts, we are Revolutionaries. We build tools, products, and our people. We value diversity in backgrounds and thoughts, so take a shot and apply! Please highlight some of your accomplishments in your resume and cover letter so we can talk about how you can grow with us.

RevolutionParts is proud to provide all full-time Revolutionaries with a comprehensive employment package including competitive compensation, career development, benefits, 401K match, parental leave, and many more valuable perks.
