Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Product Manager to join our oncology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive the growth and success of Solid tumor portfolio. This role requires a deep understanding of the oncology market, launch experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in pharmaceutical marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive launch plans/brand plans for oncology products, including market analysis, strategy development, and execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, medical affairs, regulatory, and market access, to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
- Drive brand positioning, messaging, and promotional activities to maximize product adoption and market share in competitive market environment.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and industry stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve targets.
- Understand reimbursement opportunities for oncology patients in India and collaborate with market access team to build sustainable patient access programs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the oncology segment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences, or Biotechnology. An advanced degree (MBA in marketing) is preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with at least 5 years in the oncology segment (mandatory).
- Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of oncology market dynamics, treatment pathways, and competitive landscape.
- Strong understanding and past experience of developing omni-channel strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in preparing business cases in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in marketing tools like VEEVA PROMOMATS, Power BI etc.
