At Freenow, we are on a mission to empower smarter mobility decisions, helping people to move freely and cities to thrive.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Strategy & New Business team. You will own a vertical focused on complex, high-value order types, the kind that don't fit into a simple A-to-B booking and require real product thinking to scale. Think multi-leg journeys, recurring enterprise needs, scheduled operations, and bespoke partner requirements. This list is not exhaustive the space is wide and still being defined.

You will set the vision for your vertical, build the roadmap from scratch, and take full ownership of outcomes. This is not an execution role with a predefined plan. You are the one who creates the plan.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:
  • Define the product vision and long-term strategy for your vertical
  • Build and prioritize the roadmap based on commercial opportunity and operational impact
  • Write clear, detailed specifications that engineering teams can build from independently
  • Lead cross-functional alignment across Sales, Operations, Legal, and Core Tech
  • Identify and resolve ambiguity early in requirements, in processes, and in stakeholder expectations
  • Track KPIs and use data to validate direction and drive decisions

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
  • 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role
  • Background in marketplace, or operations-heavy products B2B/B2C
  • Proven ability to define product vision and build strategy, not just execute one
  • Strong experience managing complex stakeholder environments across multiple teams
  • Comfortable working with incomplete information
  • Exceptional written communication, your specs and documents set the standard for the team
  • Self-directed and accountable: you own outcomes, not just deliverables
  • Fluent in English; German is a significant advantage
BENEFITS & PERKS IN A NUTSHELL:
  • Flexible working arrangements
  • LinkedIn Learning
  • Sabbatical & special leave policies
  • WeRoad partnership
  • Birthday, 24th + 31st December off
  • Short term EU work policy
  • Mobility Credit
  • Health Insurance
  • Employee assistance program

Plus more local benefits depending on your work location!
