Role Overview

We are in search of an expert Product Manager to lead our initiatives in Network Observability and Performance Monitoring. Your role will focus on enhancing our Aviatrix CoPilot suite, positioning it as an essential tool for our customers to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize their cloud network operations. This is a pivotal role requiring a blend of technical know-how, strategic foresight, and a passion for revolutionary cloud networking technologies.

ResponsibilitiesGeneric Responsibilities:

  • Interdisciplinary Coordination: Forge productive relationships with engineering teams to guide product development from concept to market introduction.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution: Cooperate with marketing teams to devise GTM strategies, ensuring coherent product communication and successful market positioning.
  • Customer Insights: Engage with customers to understand their operational challenges and incorporate feedback into impactful product refinements.

Network Observability and Performance Monitoring:

  • Product Roadmap Management: Curate and manage the product roadmap for Aviatrix CoPilot, focusing on features that enhance network monitoring and troubleshooting capabilities for our customers.
  • Customer Support Liaison: Work closely with the Aviatrix support team to identify common troubleshooting processes and develop features that lead to faster mean time to detection (MTTD) and mean time to resolution (MTTR).
  • Partnership Collaboration: Partner with leading technology players in the observability domain to ensure that Aviatrix network telemetry contributes to a holistic ecosystem of external tools and dashboards.
  • Visionary Leadership: Spearhead the strategic vision for incorporating AI-driven insights and advanced telemetry into our network observability solutions, setting new industry benchmarks.

Qualifications

  • Professional Track Record: Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally within network observability and performance monitoring in cloud environments.
  • Technical Background: Strong background in Networking and Cloud technologies. Familiarity with Aviatrix offerings is considered an asset.
  • Observability Expertise: Experience with Network Performance Monitoring, Netflow, and other observability instruments is highly recommended.
  • Innovative Mindset: Must be eager to explore and deploy cutting-edge technologies, particularly AI, to enhance network intelligence.
  • Leadership Qualities: Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to drive cross-functional team success.
  • Strategic Acumen: Exceptional strategic planning abilities and adept at aligning product plans with broader business objectives.
  • Problem-Solving Prowess: Adept at identifying and solving complex problems with innovative and analytical solutions.
  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional communication skills with an ability to forge strong bonds with all stakeholders.

The US salary range for this full-time position is  $200,000 - $240,000 + benefits + 401(k) match + equity. The pay range is determined by the role, work location, job-related skills, level, experience and relevant education.  The range displayed is the minimum and maximum target base salary and is applicable only for new hires for the listed position located in the US.
