About the team
The Product team at Félix is growing. We're a small but mighty group building the foundation for a world-class product function inside one of the fastest-growing fintech companies in LATAM and the U.S.

We started with remittances. Multiproduct is where Félix becomes something bigger, a place where we also offer consumer lending, wallet and payments to access multiple financial services rather than just move it. That shift changes what we owe our users. Not only a fast, trustworthy send, but a balance they understand, a history they can read, and a sense that their money is growing safely with us.
About the role
At Félix, the Senior Product Manager for Customer Surfaces & Messaging, you will own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for the Félix App, our WhatsApp experience, and our core Messaging Gateway. You will drive our surface portfolio roadmap, and optimize provider economics while ensuring our signature conversational experience translates seamlessly across channels. Partnering closely with Product Design and Engineering, you will build intuitive, highly polished user touchpoints for millions of Latino immigrants while empowering internal teams with scalable gateway integrations. We are looking for a technically fluent, user-obsessed product leader with deep craft in mobile apps, messaging infrastructure, and APIs who thrives in a high-velocity environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the surface portfolio and roadmap, from prioritization and research through launch.
- Own the Felix app end to end, from product strategy and requirements through delivery.
- Own WhatsApp strategy, the Meta relationship, and optimization of provider capabilities, constraints, and economics.
- Ensure every surface preserves the shared conversational experience while adapting to channel capabilities.
Requirements
- Strong product craft in customer-facing user interfaces, ideally across mobile apps, web, messaging, or other multichannel experiences.
- Experience partnering closely with Product Design and Engineering to turn user needs into intuitive interaction patterns and polished shipped experiences.
- Strong understanding of usability, information architecture, accessibility, experimentation, and behavioral product metrics.
- Ability to reason about how a shared experience should adapt to the capabilities and constraints of different surfaces.
- Technical fluency is strongly preferred, particularly experience with APIs, integrations, messaging infrastructure, platform constraints, or third-party technology partners.
- Advanced Spanish and English level
These are the applicable requisites, although equivalent competencies in any of the above will also be considered.
