Product Management partners with game development, publishing, marketing, and platform teams to provide a data and market-driven view of product strategy that aligns with business goals. As part of Epic’s Growth Team, we use our product expertise to identify and drive growth levers to grow our player base and business.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Product Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive mobile development initiatives across Epic’s products. You will apply both creative and analytical skills to identify opportunities, shape product strategy, contribute to roadmap development, and support execution of live operations. In this role, you will balance player experience with business goals, ensuring our mobile efforts deliver impact at scale while aligning with Epic’s broader product vision.

In this role, you will
  • Contribute to Epic’s mobile strategy by driving initiatives that increase reach, engagement, and monetization on this platform
  • Partner with the development teams to design, implement, and optimize the experience for mobile players
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support user acquisition funnels, localization efforts, and go-to-market strategies
  • Partner with engineering teams to prioritize features and enhancements that improve mobile performance and player experience across backend and frontend systems
  • Leverage insights from the analytics team to define measurable goals, track performance, and share updates with key stakeholders
  • Partner with product leadership to translate company direction into actionable plans for mobile initiatives
  • Drive alignment across teams by clearly documenting and communicating product requirements, ensuring all stakeholders share a unified understanding of goals and execution plans
What we're looking for
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in live operations for consumer-facing products or games
  • Experience shipping and optimizing mobile games; cross-platform (PC/console + mobile) experience a strong plus
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and turn insights into actionable product decisions
  • Proven success contributing in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
  • A passion for games and a deep understanding of growth, retention, and monetization principles that create value for players

This role is open to multiple locations across the US (including CA & NYC).

Pay Transparency Information

The expected annual base pay range(s) for this position are detailed below. Each base pay range is relevant only for individuals who are residents of or will be expected to work within the specified locale. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors, which include (but aren’t limited to) things such as skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, and experience. In addition to base pay, most employees are eligible to participate in Epic’s generous benefit plans and discretionary incentive programs (subject to the terms of those plans or programs).

California Base Pay Range
$190,539$317,565 USD
