As a Senior Product Manager - MedTech (m/f/x), you will own the development and execution of (new) MedTech products, ensuring they align with evolving international regulations. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, UI/UX teams, and development teams to shape best-in-class solutions. 
Prior in-depth knowledge of MedTech regulations and compliance is required and ideally paired with a strong interest in sustainability, product innovation and product quality. You will navigate a fast-changing regulatory landscape and help businesses stay ahead. 

This role is based in Mannheim, a vibrant tech hub at the heart of Germany, where you'll collaborate with a talented, forward-thinking team. We embrace a hybrid work model, with three days a week in the office, ensuring the perfect balance between in-person collaboration and remote flexibility. 

Your Responsibilities
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, development, and product delivery to bring products to life.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance by staying informed on legal requirements and integrating them into product roadmaps - focusing on MedTech topics. 
  • Acting as the in-house product expert by keeping up-to-date with MedTech legislation and proactively adapting product strategies to new developments. 

Your Experience
  • Bringing expertise in B2B SaaS product management, covering both product discovery and delivery - ideally with a focus on MedTech.
  • Experience working very closely with software engineers to build and improve products.
  • Driving data-informed decision-making by using market insights, customer feedback, and regulatory trends to guide product direction.
  • Balancing business, design, and technology by aligning diverse stakeholder needs to build intuitive, impactful products.
  • Communicating fluently in English (C1 level) to engage effectively with global teams and stakeholders - German skills are considered a plus.
