The role:

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our MAE (Marketing & Engagement) technology domain, one of ZEAL’s core platform areas.


The domain’s mission is to empower our business with cutting-edge, scalable, and user-friendly solutions that enhance customer engagement and drive growth, delivering seamless integration experiences that enable ZEAL’s brands to create personalised, impactful marketing campaigns and loyalty experiences.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of our core platform’s marketing and engagement capabilities, covering campaign management, segmentation, personalization, CRM tooling, and loyalty programs — and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to evolve our engagement platform into a strategic enabler for all ZEAL brands.

Your tasks:
  • Own the product roadmap and drive prioritization, planning, and delivery across marketing and engagement technology initiatives.

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, CRM, Data, Engineering, and other Product Team PMs to ensure alignment across systems and domains.

  • Translate business goals, user needs, and technical requirements into clear product specs.

  • Lead the evolution of ZEAL’s marketing and engagement tech stack, supporting scalability, automation, and personalization.

  • Drive the integration and optimization of tools supporting campaign delivery, customer segmentation, and loyalty program management.

  • Partner with data teams to enable insight-driven decision-making and measurable engagement outcomes.

  • Ensure compliance, reliability, and data privacy standards are met across all engagement systems.

  • Communicate roadmap, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and Technology.

What you offer us:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in marketing technology, engagement platforms, or data-informed product development.

  • Strong understanding of martech ecosystems, including campaign management, CRM systems, and personalization engines.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional agile teams.

  • A strategic and pragmatic mindset, able to balance business needs, technical complexity, and delivery speed.

  • Familiarity with APIs and integrations; technical fluency to engage confidently with engineers.

  • Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to align diverse stakeholders.

  • Experience in B2B or platform enablement environments, ideally where APIs empower other business units or external partners.

  • Nice to Have

    • Experience with marketing automation platforms or custom-built engagement systems.

    • Background in e-commerce, gaming, or customer loyalty environments.

    • Experience driving platform modernization or integration projects at scale.
