The mission of the MARQ Folio Team (Global Trademark Filing)

Marq Vision’s MARQ Folio Team spearheads the establishment and operation of a groundbreaking product, MARQ Folio, with a mission to revolutionize the IP filing and management process. As a startup within a startup, highly specialized professionals - from product managers and IP specialists to sales representatives - work under unwavering commitment to build from 0 to 1. How You’ll Make an Impact at MarqVision - Lead Product Manager, Global Trademark

As a Lead Product Manager in the MARQ Folio Team, you will play a pivotal role as the primary advocate for the development and success of IP management software. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization and launch to monetization and beyond, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the product meets market needs, drives value, and achieves its strategic goals.

This role will specifically focus on automating the filing process using AI to scale the business strategically. We seek a talented product manager with expertise in business analysis, a strong bias for urgency and action, and a proven track record of success to join our team to own and accelerate the growth of MARQ Folio.

What You’ll Achieve

• Define and own the strategy, goals, and roadmap for optimizing legal operations by identifying and incorporating innovative solutions, including AI where appropriate.
• Own features end-to-end and manage the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization, ensuring that all key milestones are met, and the product meets or exceeds customer expectations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and operations, to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Develop a deep understanding of our customers and dive deep into analytics to identify the most significant opportunities to scale the business.

Skills You’ll Need to Bring

• 8+ years of product management or similar experience within the IT industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically and systematically.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Sharp product craft, with a strong attention to detail.
• Bias for action with a sense of urgency and high agency willing to roll up the sleeves to get the job done.
