What you'll do:
- As Product Manager for MarTech, you’ll own the product strategy and execution for our marketing technology stack. Your mission is to solutions that unlock growth, enable real-time decision-making, and drive marketing efficiency across all marketing channels. Marketing teams at Emma have scaled rapidly across channels and are a cornerstone of Emma’s success. This growth requires a robust technological foundation to power automation, personalization, measurement and superior decision making – at speed and scale.
- You’ll work on a cross-functional squad and together with Performance Marketing, CRM, Influencer, and Brand & Communications teams to bring Emma’s growth and business to the next level.
- Owning the MarTech roadmap: Define and execute the product vision across campaign management tools, tracking infrastructure, data integrations, and automation capabilities.
- Optimize marketing performance: Work closely with marketing teams to uncover operational bottlenecks and drive tooling that enhances speed, accuracy, and scale.
- Prioritize for impact:Identify high-leverage opportunities and balance quick wins with long-term architecture bets.
- Connect marketing and tech: Be the translator between marketers and engineers—ensuring delivery meets business needs and tech constraints.
- Lead discovery: Partner with marketing leads, analysts, and engineers to uncover real user needs and validate solutions.
- Enable automation: Scale CRM campaigns, paid media workflows, and influencer activations through smarter tools and integrations.
- Drive measurement: Support accurate attribution, budget tracking, and campaign analytics across platforms and funnels.
- Champion data-driven marketing: Ensure actionable data flows between systems to power segmentation, targeting, and optimization.
Who we're looking for:
- MarTech experience: Proven track record building or scaling marketing platforms, either in-house or via integration with third-party tools.
- Product ownership: End-to-end experience in building customer-facing and internal tools, ideally within fast-moving e-commerce or growth environments.
- Strong discovery skills: Experience in dual-track agile with deep collaboration between engineering, marketing, and analytics.
- Growth mindset: You think in experiments, not features.
- Business acumen: Understand the KPIs that matter to performance marketing and CRM teams.
- Fluent in data: Can work comfortably with dashboards, SQL (a plus), and collaborate tightly with analysts.
- Cross-functional influence: Skilled at aligning multiple teams around shared goals and priorities.
- Technical fluency: Capable of writing clear technical requirements and navigating integrations, APIs, and data pipelines.
