At Scopely, creating meaningful play experiences starts with the people building them. The teams are global, collaborative, and connected by a shared commitment to serving player communities with care, creativity, and respect.

What You Will Do:
As a Senior Product Manager on this unannounced cross-platform strategy game, you will work across complex and high-impact product areas. You will partner with Product Managers and cross-functional pod members to guide features and major beats from concept through live operations.
This is a player-focused role that calls for strong collaboration, thoughtful communication, and a deep understanding of player needs across audience segments, regions, and platforms. You will help connect product decisions to both player experience goals and business outcomes.
- Own outcomes for one or more pods as a product owner, identifying obstacles, aligning stakeholders, and helping teams make clear decisions in a dynamic environment.
- Build deep knowledge of the product and its position within the genre to understand player motivations, expectations, and opportunities from a global perspective.
- Write product specifications that align teams on opportunity, risk, target KPIs, decision points, and competitive analysis as part of the feature greenlight process.
- Use core metrics to develop hypotheses and strategies that support player value while balancing business goals.
- Guide product innovation that improves target KPIs, drawing on both new ideas and proven practices when each is most appropriate.
- Develop and refine decision-making frameworks that help teams navigate tradeoffs in resource-constrained and evolving environments.
- Partner with the UX Lead and research teams to design and run hypothesis testing that supports informed, data-driven decisions.
- Mentor and support junior product managers, contributing to an inclusive and collaborative team culture.
What We Are Looking For:
- Significant experience leading product management work in mobile free-to-play games, ideally on a live game.
- Own and drive experimentation through A/B testing to validate hypotheses and guide decision-making
- Experience driving revenue and engagement goals on a live game.
- Ability to balance technology, business priorities, and user experience.
- Experience working within complex player ecosystems that include a range of lifecycle stages and spending behaviors.
- Ability to clearly articulate the “why” behind product decisions to build alignment around product vision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in cross-platform development across mobile, HD, and PC, with an understanding of tradeoffs and synergies across platforms.
- Deep familiarity with ARPG mobile games and/or 4X mobile games.
- Experience working with game engines, preferably Unity.
- Strong analytical and investigative thinking.
- Understanding of game design concepts and principles.
