Lion Studios is a mobile games publisher that works with mobile developers to get their games discovered by players around the world. Headquartered in San Francisco, Lion Studios’ creative and strategy teams utilize their expertise to help game developers break through the noise and grow their businesses. 
Since launching in 2018, Lion Studios has driven 90% of its games to the Top 10 in the App Store and Google Play and helped drive 16 games to #1 in the US App Store’s Top Free chart. 
 
Role Overview
 
As a Senior Product Manager you will be an essential part of the dynamic, fast-paced team working on innovative puzzle games. Your primary responsibility will be leading the Subpod of Sort Games, overseeing live games production and support for games in development. You will be  working closely with several development teams, reporting directly to the Product Director.
  • Oversee live ops team for Sort Puzzle games, ensuring efficient operations and smooth execution of events, updates, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with product director and game designers to develop and implement live ops strategy for revenue optimization and player satisfaction.
  • Lead live games roadmap planning and global product strategy for the Subpod
  • Lead growth strategy for the Subpod working cross-functionally with marketing and design teams.
  • Utilize industry expertise to identify market trends and recommend innovative strategies to maximize revenues and stay competitive.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, providing mentorship and guidance to drive creativity and accountability.
  • Support upcoming Sort Puzzle titles in terms of Monetization strategy and long-term Product vision

Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 5+ years of experience in product management on mobile games or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Deep familiarity with game analytics and mobile game KPIs
  • Understanding of live game operations, sales, and event strategies
  • Experience of setting up and working with long term production pipelines including art production processes
  • Game Design background or equivalent experience is a huge plus
  • Track record of publishing/working on a successful hypercasual, casual, or AAA title is desired

Skills Required
