Your role

Develop strategies for existing and new product portfolios, including market analysis to identify opportunities for innovation

Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform pricing strategies and target markets

Coordinate between global, regional, and local organizations, as well as departments like R&D, Marketing and Sales
-
Create global commercialization plans to support market success and sales growth
-
Manage the product management budget and track KPIs to measure success

Collaborate with local teams to gather feedback and assist with technical inquiries

Ensure compliance with global and regional regulations in product development
-
Present product performance to senior management with strategic recommendations for the future
Your profile
-
Business qualification or MBA preferred; technical, optical, or scientific qualifications are advantageous
-
Well founded product management experience, ideally in the eye care sector, along with project management, consulting, or business development competencies

Strong strategic thinking and market analysis expertise to develop product strategies aligned with market trends and organizational goals
-
Excellent interpersonal and project management skills to facilitate collaboration across departments and manage the product lifecycle effectively
-
Understanding of commercialization processes, budget management, and KPI tracking, with a consumer-centric mindset to address consumer needs
-
Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, strong relationship-building skills, effective facilitation and presentation abilities,

Proficiency in English, with additional languages as a plus
