The Role

Summary

Telesign is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our internal Customer Account Configuration System. This critical system supports internal teams in managing enterprise customer accounts—including the creation and modification of organizations/sub-organizations/users, account-level settings, reporting, invoicing, and troubleshooting and issue resolution. As we embark on a strategic migration of this system, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring business-critical functionality is preserved, performance is optimized, and internal users are set up for success. Your work will directly support Telesign's ability to deliver solutions to enterprise clients globally as part of Proximus Global.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Product Ownership: Own the internal customer account configuration system, including its roadmap, performance, reliability, and user experience across internal teams (Sales, Support, Finance, Ops).
  • System Migration: Lead the end-to-end migration of this system, ensuring all critical functionality—such as org/user management, account settings, invoice workflows, and reporting—is replicated, optimized, and validated.
  • Requirements & UX Definition: Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, map workflows, and define intuitive, scalable experiences that reduce friction and improve visibility into account health and activity.
  • Engineering Collaboration: Work closely with engineering to ensure platform uptime, data integrity, and system performance, proactively managing technical debt and enhancements.
  • Internal Enablement: Act as the voice of internal users—understanding their workflows, pain points, and needs—to prioritize features, support enablement, and ensure successful onboarding to the new Salesforce-based platform.
  • Data Integrity & Troubleshooting: Ensure customer data remains accurate, accessible, and secure during and after the migration. Support troubleshooting tools and workflows used by internal teams to diagnose customer issues.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with GTM, Finance, Customer Success, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment across roadmap, policy, and platform functionality.
  • Reporting & Insights: Define and evolve internal reporting capabilities that support account health monitoring, usage analytics, and operational auditing.
  • Compliance & Security: Partner with InfoSec and Compliance to ensure the system meets data privacy standards, including those required for telecom and digital identity use cases.

Essential Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of delivering internal tools or enterprise platforms—preferably in telecom, SaaS, or digital identity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant graduate degree is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience managing or migrating internal systems
  • Strong understanding of enterprise customer management, billing, and support operations.
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills, with the ability to translate complex internal workflows into streamlined product solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience working in high-security or regulated environments (e.g., telecom, identity verification, fintech) is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in Salesforce, including familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud, custom objects, and workflows is desirable.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, and data visualization tools (e.g., Qlik Sense, Tableau) is desirable.
